My collegiate education began as a music education major. This time at Augustana University helped to identify my true passion and formed my tenacious work ethic.

My liberal arts education at BHSU taught me how to fail, how to adapt, and how to overcome. Though trying at times, I consider these years some of the most formative for my career.
MUSIC & TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
My six years in this position developed my voracious appetite for large projects and planning. I was responsible for weekly visual production and annual events, including marketing and execution of creative. I also helped rebrand the church, lead a capital investment project, installation of a $60,000 sound system, and expanding weekly worship from two copycat services to four unique worship experiences.
GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
My work included projects to unify branding across 27 locations, implementation of a rewards program, and partnering with an app developer to rollout a store application. I accomplished all this while managing two locations and 20+ employees.
JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
My time at Futura Marketing developed a vast array of skills, most crucially how to work under immense pressure. As one of only three designers, we each wore all the hats. From concepting and everyday design to proofing and production, I learned at a feverish pace. Clients included Häagen-Dazs Shops, Ecolab, CH Robinson, and Cargill.
INTERACTIVE LEAD DESIGNER
In three years at Abbott, I have climbed from Presentation Designer to Interactive Lead Designer. My work involves both print and digital materials, including video direction, education collateral, high-level, fast-paced concepting for major initiatives including two rebrands, corporate and executive support, and events. My responsibilities also include Mac IT support and several creative operations roles.
MANAGER OF INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
Work has included managing the shift of all training to virtual in light of a pandemic, on-site execution and production of live events in Las Vegas, preparing large format digital launch creative for main stage production and creative ideation for global launch materials and congress work in close collaboration with the entire C-suite.
